Safe & Simple Payments on Treasures

This page explains how to make payments for fixed-price purchases and auction orders.

Fixed-Price Orders

Fixed-price products may currently be purchased through:

Cash on Delivery (COD)

If COD is available for your order:

Add the product to your cart.
Enter your delivery information.
Select Cash on Delivery.
Confirm your order.
Pay the applicable amount when your order is delivered according to the order instructions.

Bank Transfer

If you choose Bank Transfer:

Place your order.
Open the payment instructions.
Use the official bank details provided by Digital Kabari.
Transfer the required amount.
Keep your transaction receipt or screenshot.
Follow the payment confirmation instructions displayed for your order.

Auction Payments

Auction payments are currently completed through Bank Transfer only.

If Your Winning Bid Is Below PKR 50,000

You must pay the full final auction amount within the deadline displayed for the order.

If Your Winning Bid Is PKR 50,000 or More

Where the option is available, you may pay:

30% of the final auction amount to lock the winning bid

The remaining balance must then be paid within the deadline displayed on your payment/order page.

How to Submit Auction Payment

Step 1 — Open Your Payment Page

Step 2 — Check the Amount

Confirm the amount you are required to pay.

For qualifying auctions, the page will indicate whether the 30% lock-payment option is available.

Step 3 — Check Official Bank Details

Use only the account information or payment QR displayed on the official Digital Kabari payment page.

Step 4 — Transfer the Payment

Transfer the required amount through your bank.

Step 5 — Save Your Payment Proof

Keep a clear screenshot or receipt showing the successful transaction.

Step 6 — Upload Payment Proof

Upload your payment screenshot through the payment section.

Step 7 — Submit for Verification

Submit the payment for admin verification.

Step 8 — Wait for Approval

Our team checks the payment against the transaction details.

Once successfully verified, your payment status will change to Approved and the order can proceed to the next stage.

Payment Statuses

Pending

Your payment information has been submitted and is waiting for review.

Approved

The payment has been successfully verified.

Action Required / Rejected

There may be an issue with the submitted proof or payment information. Review the instructions shown in your account or contact support.

Payment Safety

For your protection:

Pay only using details displayed on the official Digital Kabari website.
Never send money to another bidder or seller for an auction payment unless expressly instructed through the official platform.
Check the amount before transferring.
Keep your payment receipt.
Do not share banking passwords.
Do not share ATM PINs.
Do not share OTPs.
Do not share your Treasures account password.

Digital Kabari will never need these credentials to confirm a bank transfer.

Uploaded the Wrong Screenshot?

If you accidentally submit incorrect payment proof, contact Digital Kabari support and provide:

Your order/auction reference
Correct payment proof
Brief explanation of the issue

Do not make a second payment unless instructed or required by the outstanding order amount.

Payment Not Approved Yet?

If you have already transferred the amount but your payment remains pending:

Confirm that your bank shows the transaction as successful.
Confirm the amount transferred.
Check that you paid to the official account shown on Treasures.
Make sure your uploaded proof is readable.
Contact support if assistance is required.
