These Terms & Conditions govern your access to Digital Treasures, including fixed-price treasures, live auctions, account services, checkout, payment verification and order support. By creating an account, placing an order or submitting a bid, you agree to these terms.
1. Marketplace service
Digital Treasures is a managed marketplace for pre-owned, vintage, collectible and second-life products. Listings are created and administered by our team. Where a product is associated with a customer or supplier email, that association does not allow public self-listing and does not reduce our right to review, edit, suspend or remove a listing.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate information, keep your password and OTP confidential, and promptly update your contact details. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. You must be legally capable of entering a contract and may not use another person’s identity or payment evidence.
3. Product information and condition
We aim to show clear photographs, condition scores, descriptions, prices and material defects. Pre-owned goods may show reasonable age or wear. Screen colours and image scale may differ slightly. If information is materially incorrect, contact support before using or altering the item.
4. Fixed-price orders
Adding an item to the Treasure Box does not reserve it indefinitely. An order is accepted only when the platform confirms it. Stock, pricing or obvious technical errors may require cancellation and, where payment was received, an appropriate refund.
5. Live auctions
A bid is an offer to buy and should be placed only after reviewing the listing. Bid increments, auction end time and current bid are shown on the auction page. The platform may reject invalid, duplicate, manipulated or suspicious bids. A person whose email is associated with the listed item may not bid on that item. The highest valid bidder at closing may be required to complete payment within the communicated period; failure may result in cancellation, account restriction or an offer to another bidder. Countdown displays can be affected by network delay, and the server record controls.
6. Prices and payments
Prices are in Pakistani Rupees unless stated otherwise. Available methods may include cash on delivery and bank transfer. A bank-transfer screenshot is evidence submitted for review, not automatic confirmation. An order is paid only after administrative verification. Never send card PINs, passwords or OTPs through the platform.
7. Delivery, inspection and risk
Delivery estimates are indicative and may change due to location, courier or circumstances beyond reasonable control. Inspect the parcel promptly and report damage, shortage or a materially different item with photographs and order details. Ownership and risk pass as determined by the confirmed order and applicable law.
8. Cancellations, returns and refunds
Eligibility depends on the item, disclosed condition, payment status and reason for the request. Change-of-mind requests may not be available for unique, collectible or auction items. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Approved refunds are returned through a practical verified method and may require identity or payment confirmation.
9. Fair use and prohibited conduct
You may not manipulate auctions, place sham bids, misuse discounts, scrape protected data, upload unlawful or misleading material, interfere with security, impersonate others, infringe intellectual property, or use the service for fraud or prohibited goods.
10. Communications
You agree to receive transactional email, OTP, bid, payment and order updates necessary to provide the service. Marketing messages, where used, will be handled according to available preferences and applicable requirements.
11. Availability and liability
We work to keep the service accurate and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, external network failures or misuse of an account. Our responsibility for a specific transaction will be assessed under the confirmed order, these terms and applicable law.
12. Changes, law and contact
We may update these terms for operational, legal or marketplace changes. The current version and effective date will appear here. These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Pakistan.
